About the Author

Anna Wildman has over 30 years’ experience in performance management. During that time she has designed and facilitated skills workshops to thousands of people leaders in more than 40 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. It’s seeing what works in real life that led her to design the CEDAR Feedback Model, now being used worldwide.

She was most recently the global director for learning and development for KPMG, with responsibility for the design and implementation of the global core skills curriculum across more than 142 countries. Her previous experience includes ten years in operations in the Royal Navy, followed by a senior performance management training role with Cathay Pacific Airways.
Projects have included work with Morgan Stanley, Skandia Investment, Invesco, Best Western Hotels, CSC, Standard Chartered Bank, Prescient Healthcare Group, the Economic Development Board of Bahrain and a number of UK and Hong Kong government bodies.
